1) I have recently downloaded Virtual Dj onto my macbook pro as Im hoping to use my mac to make my own dance mixes etc. Ive found that when the program is running and it’s loading the tracks from my external hard drive it runs very slow, Im wondering whether a ram or processor upgrade would help this run smoother, and if so what would be your best suggestion and how much would it cost.

I have a MacBook which I haven’t used for several months and it shuts down almost immediately on start up. I suspect it may be the battery, although I’ve tried to recharge it overnight.

Late 2006 2GHz White 13″ Macbook, the screen has just packed up – I picked it up and seem to have cracked the display behind the glass.
Would be grateful if you could let me have a quote & estimate on timing for a replacement LCD please.

can you help? the screen on my ibook has gone blank, it still makes the noises as it switches on, but it is a little worse for wear, the model number is A1055. Ideally I’d like to get it fixed and then rescue all the important bits and finally get round to getting myself an external hard drive to put them on and possibly a new desktop mac.
Can you fix it? and if so how much would it cost?

Are you generally able to repair defective Macbook (Pro) logic boards which have previously been removed or do you need to have the whole laptop? I don’t have a defective one right now but maybe soon and would have to mail it in from outside the UK therefore it would be easier to ship only the board.

I there! I’ve got my Macbook super drive UJ-857-C broken and I need to have a new one.
I’m writing you from Italy (where has been quite impossible to find it), since I’m going to be in London during the week of 2-5 November next, I was wondering if I could buy this driver from you. Just let me know if you have it available and your address details and I will come to your store to take it.
Thanks in advance for your availability.
