Recent Jobs On Record

1) I have recently downloaded Virtual Dj onto my macbook pro as Im hoping to use my mac to make my own dance mixes etc. Ive found that when the program is running and it’s loading the tracks from my external hard drive it runs very slow, Im wondering whether a ram or processor upgrade would help this run smoother, and if so what would be your best suggestion and how much would it cost.

I have a MacBook which I haven’t used for several months and it shuts down almost immediately on start up. I suspect it may be the battery, although I’ve tried to recharge it overnight.

I use my Macbook pro for music, but have had problems with CPU overload when using it Logic Audio. It also switches off also every time I use it turned unless I perform a PRAMs reset. As well as this I think my DVD-RW Drive as gone. There’s a couple of other things but that it for now.

Late 2006 2GHz White 13″ Macbook, the screen has just packed up – I picked it up and seem to have cracked the display behind the glass.

can you help? the screen on my ibook has gone blank, it still makes the noises as it switches on, but it is a little worse for wear, the model number is A1055.  Ideally I’d like to get it fixed and then rescue all the important bits and finally get round to getting myself an external hard drive to put them on and possibly a new desktop mac.
Can you fix it? and if so how much would it cost?
